Planning Application

Conservation Area/Tree Preservation Orders
Generally, 6 weeks notice to the local authority will gain approval for trees in a Conservation Area, provided the proposed work is considered appropriate. We will advise on this.

With Tree Preservation Orders the consent can take 8-10 weeks.

We can undertake the planning applications upon confirmation of the work order.
